We want to return to some of those early days’ ideas when Agile was born in 2001 at The Lodge at Snowbird. Kent Beck’s vision was to heal the damage between business and development. His vision was that with just the right disciplines and just the right minimal process, a trust could develop between developers and business. He was the creator of extreme programming, one of the lightweight methodologies as they were called at that time. Other representatives of SCRUM, DSDM, Adaptive Software Development, Crystal, Feature-Driven Development, Pragmatic Programming all contributed to a Manifesto for Agile Software Development.

Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland marked the decade with the Scrum framework. An excerpt talking about closing the gap between people working for the same goal:

So why do we at TeamPoolz do what we do?

It is so hard to convey a message that by measuring one can grow professionally. Developers, by writing better software. Business developers by communicating and executing more efficiently.

Let the teams and those responsible for products and the whole organization choose and pursue goals for themselves, and by doing this materialize what is often an empty word – professional growth.

We offer organizations means of inspection, to help them uncover the most valuable adaptations in evolving towards a more humane and a more successful customer-oriented organization.
